Holds executive responsibility for the company's direction, performance and governance. Reports to the board and carries the relationships with regulators, host communities and principal buyers. Signs off on mineral titles, major contracts and capital commitments.
Chairs the board and sets its agenda. Responsible for board composition, succession and the conduct of board business.
Accountable for financial control, treasury, tax, statutory reporting and the funding of capital projects.
Runs mining, processing and logistics across all sites, including production planning, plant performance and contractor oversight.
Chairs the Risk and HSE Committee. Oversees the company's risk register, safety performance, environmental compliance and community commitments.
Chairs the Audit Committee. Oversees internal control, external audit, and the integrity of financial and production reporting.
