Mineral, grade, quantity, packing requirement and destination checked against availability and timing.
Quotation
Written quotation showing price, delivery term, payment terms and validity.
Sample and assay
Representative sample and independent assay report where the buyer requires one.
Contract and payment
Sales contract signed, then letter of credit, escrow or agreed advance put in place.
Production and lotting
Material processed, graded, weighed, lotted, photographed and packed to specification.
Inspection
Buyer or appointed surveyor inspects at the yard or at the loading point.
Documentation and haulage
Export papers cleared, inland haulage to port, container stuffing or bulk loading.
Handover
Document set released to the buyer or the buyer's bank in line with the payment instrument.
